Terms of Service

These terms govern use of ServeDocX provided by Verified Legal Service Technologies. Replace all placeholder company information and have these terms reviewed by qualified counsel before accepting live customer subscriptions.

Software service

ServeDocX provides process-serving workflow, evidence-management, document-data and collaboration tools. It does not provide legal advice, determine whether service is legally valid, or replace the customer's obligation to follow current statutes, court rules, court orders and official Judicial Council forms.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for authorized access, accurate case information, lawful service practices, retention requirements, and verifying that generated or populated documents use the current approved court form before filing.

Subscription and payment

Paid access is governed by the subscription selected at checkout. Billing changes, cancellation and payment methods are managed through the billing portal. Service access may be restricted when a subscription is no longer active.

Data and security

Customers must use the service only for information they are authorized to process. Account credentials may not be shared outside authorized users. Suspected compromise should be reported promptly.
