This deployment template describes the main data flows in ServeDocX. Replace placeholder business information, complete a data-retention analysis, and obtain privacy/legal review before accepting live customers.

Information processed

The service can process account information, case data, service addresses, attempt records, GPS coordinates, photographs, uploaded documents, audit events, billing identifiers and electronic-delivery events.

Service providers

The configured architecture stores the ServeDocX PHP application, MySQL data, uploaded documents, evidence photographs, application logs and local backups within the HostGator account. HostGator cPanel email may be used for transactional messages. Stripe is used only when subscription billing is enabled; payment-card details are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout rather than stored by ServeDocX.

Purpose

Information is processed to provide authenticated case-management, evidence, service-event, form-data, collaboration, billing and security functions requested by the customer organization.

Access and retention

Customer organizations control their authorized users. Production retention, deletion, legal-hold and customer export policies must be configured before launch and reflected in the final customer contract.
